Democrat precinct elections announced

The McIntosh County Democratic Party of Oklahoma is conducting its biennial elections of precinct and county officers.

Those elected as precinct and county Officers become the delegation of voting members to the CD 2 Convention to be held on May 10. The State convention will be held on June 28 and 29.

All registered Democrats residing in Mc-Intosh County are eligible to attend and will select officers for each precinct and county office.

The County Convention Meeting and Elections will be held on Saturday, April 12, at 2 p.m. at the Jim Lucas Checotah Public Library, 616 W Gentry Ave, Checotah.
