Muskogee County EMS arrived on scene; however, life-saving measures were ceased, and the victim was pronounced deceased.
A second female victim also sustained a gunshot wound and was treated by EMS and released.
The suspect fled the scene.”
At 6:09 p.m. Muskogee Police Department responded to a second shooting near 24th Street West and Topeka Avenue. When officers arrived they found the victim, Rolando Donta McConnell, lying in the street with gunshot wounds. McConnell was taken to a Muskogee hospital where he later died.

The suspect was shot, treated on scene and taken to a nearby hospital. No officers were injured.
The suspect, who was previously identified as 26-year-old Aaron Bogar, was later identified as Aaron O’Neal Wilson.
