Checotah senior wrestler Colt Collett finished his high school career Saturday at the Big House in Oklahoma City. Collett finished as the state runner-up in the 126-pound division.

Collett finishes his high school career with three-state championships, four time state qualifiers and a state runner-up with a total record of 140-4.

“I’m so proud of Colt. This was a hard defeat for him but he has nothing to hang his head about. He has dominated his weight class throughout his career and I’m proud and honored to have coached him,” Checotah head wrestling coach Brett Oleson said.
