Luo pleads no contest to drug charge

Min Luo, 41, Norman, pleaded no contest Thursday, Jan. 16, to drug trafficking.

District Judge Michael Hogan sentenced Luo to 20 years in prison, plus court costs, and a fine of $25,000. All of the sentences were suspended, but for $10,000 to be paid within 90 days.

During a traffic stop, officers reportedly found 40 pounds of marijuana in the suspect’s vehicle.
