Eufaula senior basketball player Maddox Bridges scored his 1,000th point in the Ironheads’ win over Henryetta.

“Reaching 1,000 points is an incredible milestone, and I’m so thankful to God for blessing me with the ability and opportunity to play this game. I want to give a huge thank you to my coaches Jason Dowdy, Malcolm Warrior from Checotah and Rob McKinzae, and Michael Campbell at Eufaula for their constant support and guidance. I also want to shout out to my teammates at both Eufaula and Checotah schools for pushing me and being part of this journey. Starting the season 3-0 is a reflection of how well we’re coming together as a team. We’re meshing really well, playing unselfishly, and working hard for each other every night. I’m excited about what this season holds for us, and I’m grateful to be a part of it,” Eufaula senior basketball standout Maddox Bridges said.
