Brandon Jay Dickson, 34, of Eufaula, has pled guilty to obstructing an officer during an incident that took place on Sept. 5.

Associate District Judge Brendon sentenced Dickson to four months in the county jail for the misdemeanor, which is to run concurrently with another charge of obstructing an officer that occurred in March 2023.

According to a probable cause affidavit deputies attempted to arrest Dickson at a travel trailer on two outstanding warrants, but he initially refused to cooperate.

However, the suspect eventually cooperated.
