Freshman pitcher Leah Green has helped lead the Lady Ironheads to a 17-2 record. She threw 12 strikeouts while only surrendering five hits and one run over seven innings with zero walks against Warner. She went six innings, giving up one run on three hits, striking out five and only walking two against Little Axe in game two. Green went 1-for-3 with an RBI in game one against Little Axe. Leah Green earned the win from the pitcher’s circle as she surrendered two hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out seven.

Green hit a double going 2-for 4, in Eufaula’s 12-0 win over Okemah.

Peter Lee finished with 17 carries for 139 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Ironheads’ game against Vian.
