A 55-year-old Oktaha man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday, Sept. 5 on U.S. 64 five miles south of Muskogee, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Dead at the scene was Brent Eller, who was driving a New Holland PS35A tractor when the accident took place at about 2:45 p.m.

The driver of the second vehicle, a 2007 Dodge 1500, was identified by the OHP as Jeremiah Harris, 24, of War- ner.

Harris was treated and released with minor injuries.

Mekiala Miller, 23, also of Warner, was a passenger in Harris’ vehicle, according to reports. She refused medical treatment at the scene.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
