A small caravan of Corvettes cruised through Checotah recently on their way to the National Corvette Museum.
More than 8,000 Corvettes descended on the National Corvette Museum from all points around the world. The National Corvette Caravan was a celebration of America’s Sports Car, hosted once every five years.
The Caravan was scheduled for Labor Day Weekend and marked the Museum’s 30th Anniversary. Regional caravans, like this one from Texas, formed and joined other caravans as they traveled across the United States to meet in Bowling Green, Kentucky for four days of festivities at the National Corvette Museum.
This couple from Texas was part of the Lone Star Corvette Club.
