The Checotah community is coming together to support one of its own, Tony McIntosh, who was diagnosed with Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma in May 2024. Tony, a dedicated father, loving husband, and active community member, began his treatments on Friday, July 19.
As the co-owner of Stay Ready Construction and Landscaping alongside his partner Jamar Ellen, Tony has built a reputation for his hard work and commitment to excellence. Beyond his professional endeavors, Tony is an avid softball player, spending his free time playing with his co-ed team across the great state of Oklahoma.
To support Tony through his chemotherapy, a benefit softball tournament will be held at the Checotah Sports Complex on August 10. The community is invited to come out and enjoy a day of friendly competition, with all proceeds from the concession stand going directly to Tony’s treatment fund.
For more information about the benefit tournament, please contact Tony McIntosh at 918-617-8823 or on his Facebook page or Caitlin Schubert at 405-613–8798.
Come join us for a day of fun, support, and community spirit. Together, we can make a difference in Tony’s fight against cancer.
