EUFAULA – Elizabeth Ellen Barnett, 48, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at home. Services will be set for a future date to be determined.

MUSKOGEE – Edna Winkler Gillenwater, 79, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023. Services were held Friday, August 4 in the Serenity Chapel of Garrett Family Funeral Home in Checotah.

MUSKOGEE – Marilyn Synnestvedt, 93, died at a local nursing home in Muskogee, Oklahoma on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Memorial services will be at the St Paul UMC sanctuary in September 2023. Inurnment of her ashes will occur at a later date in the Mount Union Cemetery, Alliance, OH.

EUFAULA – Phillip McIntosh, 74, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Services are pending at this time.

EUFAULA – Calvin Dale “Cal” Mendenhall, 69, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023, at his home in Eufaula, Oklahoma.
