_ree Porum girls, ages 14, 15 and 16, were injured, two critically, in a one-vehicle accident near Longtown on Tuesday, April 18. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol the accident took place at about 7:15 p.m. at S.H. 9 and Lake Drive, about 4.5 miles south and 3.5 miles east of Longtown in Pittsburg County.
_e 16-year-old driver of a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer failed to negotiate a curve and traveled o 2the road several feet before rolling 3.5 times and coming to rest on the passenger side, the OHP report said.
All three people in the vehicle were _own to St. Francis Tulsa.
_e driver was admitted in critical condition with trunk internal injuries.
A 14-year-old passenger was ejected from the Trailblazer. She was admitted in critical condition with leg, back and trunk internal and external injuries.
_e 15-year-old passenger was admitted in stable condition with trunk internal injuries.
