Does anyone ever really benefit by the blame game? Whether an adult or a child, nobody does well with shaming and blaming. In fact, I believe the blame game is nothing but a losing game. Blaming doesn?t create change, genuine concern and compassion cultivates change. The blame game, in my opinion, is more about those individuals who choose to be derogatory and indifferent to anyone?s failures when in fact it?s those same individuals who lack accountability in their own lives and leadership.
