Checotah?s own Shannon Seaborn-Dobbs is a health care IT consultant and owner of Innovative Business Advancement, LLC since 2018. She works with companies vying for contracts with Medicaid systems and modules, programs involved with managed health care, and Veterans Administration. Shannon built her business development skill set and acumen while working for organizations such as DXC Technology (formerly Hewlett Packard Enterprise), Noridian Healthcare Solutions, Health Management Systems (HMS), and by attending multiple conferences around the country. During her years at DXC, she served as lead editor and proposal manager for several multi-million-dollar state procurements. Later, as bid manager, she led pursuits, vendor and partner collaborations, and contract negotiations for several states.
