The older I get, the more I realize that I should be giving more grace not only to others, but also to myself. Sure, sometimes it is a lot easier to simply forgive others as Christ has forgiven me. But often extending that same grace to myself means I have to give myself permission to make mistakes and understand that no one is perfect or capable of handling everything in this lifetime and that?s harder to admit.
