Jim Lucas Library is loads of fun and reading

Heartland Heritage Museum and Gallery creating friends and community
The Heartland Heritage Museum and Gallery is a creative place to paint with friends by becoming part of the Checotah Art Guild or to enjoy a self-guided tour of the gallery to see a lot of Checotah’s history. The Least of These Food Ministry fighting food insecurities
The Least of These Food Ministry offers free grocery distributions to anyone in Checotah or the surrounding area struggling with food insecurities. Participants must provide ID and proof of residency. Grocery distributions are held the third Friday of each month at 2 p.m. at First Assembly of God, 401 N. Broadway.

Are you caring for someone 60 years of age or older? Are you interested in learning how to better care for your loved one? Join us for our “Caregiving in the Comfort of Home” Caregiver Training session. There is no cost for the class and certificates will be issued for completing the course. Classes will be offered in-person and online. Respite vouchers may be issued upon request if program qualifications for respite are met and funding is available.
